About the Team
With eight specialized departments, the web solutions engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.
Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.

Lead technical decision-making and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

Define best practices for web development, integrations, and cloud deployments.

Work closely with stakeholders, UX designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of web applications.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in web architecture.
What we’re looking for
-
Have minimum of 8yrs proven experience in web architecture, development.

Minimum 8 yrs knowledge of Front end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular)

Experience with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred, Wordpress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager)
-
8yrs A/B testing, personalization, and web optimization strategies.

Have 6yrs minimum headless CMS and API-first architecture understanding.

Experience of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices.

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing, and proficiency in Azure or AWS cloud environment.
