Our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in India is a unified platform designed to deliver high-value services and solutions to ERM’s global clientele. By centralizing key business and consulting functions, we streamline operations, optimize service delivery, and enable our teams to focus on what matters most—advising clients on sustainability challenges with agility and innovation. Through the GDC, you will collaborate with international teams, leverage emerging technologies, and further enhance ERM’s commitment to excellence—amplifying our shared mission to make a lasting, positive impact.

Role Overview

The Website Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the organization's web presence, ensuring our website remains engaging, accurate, optimized, and aligned with business goals. This role will oversee business-as-usual (BAU) website updates, campaign builds, new feature requirements, and strategic website development initiatives. The Website Manager will also act as the primary liaison for our UK-based marketing agency, ensuring smooth delivery of website projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & BAU Updates

· Oversee all day-to-day website content updates, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and accessibility compliance.

· Manage and maintain website structure, navigation, and functionality for optimal user experience (UX) and performance.

· Implement SEO best practices in coordination with the digital marketing and content teams.

Campaign Builds & Marketing Initiatives

· Lead the design and development of web pages, landing pages, and microsites to support marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate with the wider digital marketing, sales activation, and content teams to ensure campaign assets are correctly implemented and tracked.

· Coordinate testing, quality assurance (QA), and launch activities for all campaign-related website elements.

Strategic Website Development

· Drive enhancements to improve site performance, usability, and conversion rates.

· Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and integrations that support business growth.

· Work closely with IT, analytics, and marketing teams to align website strategy with broader digital initiatives.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

· Act as the main point of contact for the UK-based marketing agency for website-related work.

· Brief, manage, and review agency deliverables to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

· Work with internal stakeholders across regions to gather requirements and priorities development tasks.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

· Proven experience in website management, digital marketing, or web development project management.

· Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS). Experience with Optimizely is preferred but experience with other platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, or similar will be considered.

· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and QA.

· Experience with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager), and A/B testing platforms.

· Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

· Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Desirable:

· Experience in B2B marketing or professional services.

· Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance requirements.

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo).
