Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for SAP solutions: engage CXOs, close complex multi-year deals, own revenue and quota, build and manage an enterprise sales team, develop pipeline, collaborate across product/marketing/engineering, and manage commercial/legal negotiations.

Location: Mumbai / India - Remote
Responsibilities:
- You will own end-to-end sales cycles, engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders, and help build a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
- Drive complex, long-cycle, enterprise-level deals by engaging senior executives to identify needs and deliver tailored value.
- Own revenue, driving pipeline, bookings, margins, and quota attainment. Close large, complex deals including RFPs, negotiations, and commercial structuring.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Understand customer pain points and map product solutions. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and business cases.
- Work with legal, finance, and leadership on deal closure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales with a strong track record closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals and leading teams to exceed sales targets.
- An expert in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and selling at the C-suite and functional leader level.
- Consistent achievement of quota (ARR/revenue targets).
- Strong consultative / solution selling.
- Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
