Visual & Content Team - Video Motion Graphic Designer
What You'll Do:
Our team primarily works on the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator for video editing, motion graphics, and design.
Key skills for the Video Designer roles:

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for cutting, sequencing, and color grading.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects for creating dynamic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
• Graphic Design & Branding: Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator for designing thumbnails, overlays, and other branding elements.
• Storytelling & Creativity: Ability to craft engaging narratives and visuals tailored for digital platforms.
• Sound Design & Mixing: Experience with basic sound editing, syncing, and mixing to enhance video quality.
• Adaptability & Speed: Capability to handle quick turnarounds, multiple revisions, and different content styles.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, understand briefs, and implement feedback effectively.
• 3D & Advanced VFX (Bonus): Familiarity with tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Element 3D for advanced motion graphics and 3D elements.

What you'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience with above average performance, and demonstrated leadership abilities
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle a heavy workload .
• Experience in managing team members with proven client-facing experience, with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills
• Working in a collaborative design environment, work experience in global/multi-national teams is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Client-first mentality
• Intense work ethic
• Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach.
