About the Role
This role is responsible for creation, design, production, and delivery of video and interactive media projects for Alight’s clients.
The designer creates videos and other interactive media assets that meet the project scope and requirements of Alight’s clients.
The designer follows video design standards and creates and delivers videos within the project scope and timeframe.
The designer also works closely with other roles on the team and with internal and client stakeholders to delivery high quality solutions that meets the client requests.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates passion and the ability to collaborate and partner with others to create forward-thinking solutions.
- Partners with teams to establish look and feel, sets the direction for assigned deliverables, and takes a lead role in the development and delivery of visual concepts.
- Manages multiple projects and prioritizes work to meet project deadlines.
- Creates and edits video-related products and client deliverables.
- Creates storyboards, creates and produces videos with motion graphics, B-roll, animation, AI functionality, and other modern and engaging features, adjusts videos based on feedback.
- Coordinates with video production team, video/voice talent, and project stakeholders to understand and deliver based on video requirements and timing needs.
- Willingness and interest to research and implement modern video and interactive media trends with a focus on continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of video design experience (agency and in-house studio experience preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills that demonstrate creativity aligned closely with strategy.
- Accountable for delivering with excellence within scope.
- Demonstrated knowledge of design, production, and post-production processes for video, motion graphics, and interactive media.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools with a focus on video, as well as familiarity with digital and print design.
- Demonstrated experience in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere for video production, post-production.
- A design portfolio with video work.
- US Day Shift timings (5:30PM to 2:30AM IST)
- Hybrid Work Model Available (3 Days a week from office)
