We are looking for a senior Java developer with strong core banking experience to work in a solution design and hands‑on coding role. This position requires deep Core Java expertise, solid design experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from India and Australia team.
Purpose:
Design solutions and low‑level technical designs for core banking / ledger systems
Develop high‑quality, production‑ready Core Java code
Solve complex coding problems (strong Codility‑level expectations)
Build and integrate distributed, event‑driven systems
Work closely with cross‑location stakeholders on design and delivery
Review code and ensure performance, security, and quality standards
Experience:
10–14 years of hands‑on Java development experience
Mandatory core banking or ledger system background
Strong Core Java and Spring / Spring Boot experience
Proven experience in solution and low‑level design
Strong RDBMS experience (Oracle / PostgreSQL highly recommended)
Excellent communication skills for India–Australia collaboration
