Your New Role:
- Lead complex incident resolution.
- Develop high-level documentation and system monitoring strategies.
- Advise on system enhancements and optimization.
- Driving resolution strategies for major production incidents.
- Leading initiatives to improve support processes.
What you will bring:
- 10+ Yrs Technology experience in application support, preferrable in trading domain.
- 10+ Yrs experience in Support role using ITIL Framework (Incident, Change, DR, Problem and Configuration Management)
- Experience in Cloud Azure or AWS.
- Experience in Microservices preferred.
- Experience in Agile practice, workflow tools such as Rally/Jira.
- Highly Regarded: Risk Management, Compliance, Security, Vulnerability management, Network and Infrastructure, Certificate Management.
