As a Product Delivery Manager within our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of product delivery. You will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will create innovative solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. This role provides you with the chance to make a significant impact on our product delivery process and customer experience.
Job responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Lead project execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the real-time payments platform.
- Ensure the platform meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of real-time payment solutions.
- Provide guidance on real-time payment protocols and standards, such as ISO 20022.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to integrate real-time payment capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve transaction speed and reliability.
- Implement best practices for risk management and fraud prevention in real-time payments.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least 12 years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Project/ Product Management and other Payment Messaging Standards.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Certifications in project management or payments (e.g., PMP, CTP)
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
