Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies, initiatives, and ML/AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing opportunities and develop hypotheses.
- Ensure rigorous statistical analysis and interpretation of test results to inform business decisions.
- Leverage a variety of statistical and mathematical techniques and algorithms to analyze datasets and solve complex business problems.
- Develop presentations to summarize and communicate key messages to senior management, sponsors, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working in an A/B testing and/or analytical role.
- MS degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or similar STEM discipline.
- Experience using statistical programming languages (Python, R) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Practical understanding of ML/AI.
- Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information for audiences at various levels of the business.
- Strong storytelling capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Functional industry experience in finance, operations, sales, marketing, credit/risk, or technology.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry.
