Your New Role
- Provide independent governance of IT changes deploying to Production and DR environments. Review and approve High and Very-High risk changes that meet lead-time, quality and compliance requirements, within agreed service levels.
- Provide guidance and education to change users to lift change-record quality.
- Produce and maintain change-user education material.
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert to the continuous improvement and automation of change processes that support Enterprise Technology KPIs.
- Apply AI tooling to dramatically accelerate change reviews — targeting a step-change (order-of-magnitude) uplift in review throughput and consistency without lowering quality.
- Delivering and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that improve change success.
- Maintaining the quality and currency of change-user education material
- Leveraging AI tooling to improve the speed, consistency and depth of change reviews, and building/maintaining AI-assisted review harnesses (such as blast-radius impact assessments) — with appropriate human oversight and auditability of any AI-supported decision.
What Will You Bring
- 12+ years in a large-scale, complex technology environment, of which at least 8 years involved Change Management practices (per Essential capabilities above).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management, or a comparable enterprise ITSM platform (e.g. BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) with demonstrated ability to become productive in ServiceNow quickly.
- Practical, hands-on experience using AI tooling (e.g. AI agents, assistants or LLM-based workflows) to perform real work, and sound judgement about where AI is and is not appropriate for a regulated control activity.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Broad understanding of enterprise technology systems.
- Experience in working within an enterprise scale technology operations environment
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
