As a UX Writer at CSG, you will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to develop language that guides users through our payments products. You will play a critical role in shaping our product’s voice, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility in all user-facing touchpoints.
We are looking for a UX Writer who will:

Write clear, concise, and engaging microcopy for user interfaces, including buttons, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding flows.

Define and maintain a consistent voice and tone across our payments products.

Collaborate with product designers to ensure content enhances usability and supports intuitive navigation.

Conduct user research and testing to validate language choices and optimize user comprehension.

Work with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial concepts into simple, digestible content.

Develop and maintain UX writing guidelines and documentation to ensure consistency across the product.

Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field within fintech, e-commerce, or payments

Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples that demonstrate clarity, conciseness, and user-centered design

Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive user experiences

Experience conducting user research or usability testing related to content

Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and information architecture

Excellent editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and content management systems

Experience working in compliance-heavy industries (e.g., financial services, payments)

Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
