As a UX/UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
- Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize user interfaces for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent prototyping skills to effectively communicate design concepts
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience working with design systems and style guides
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
