The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. What you'll do:

  • Security System Design: Develop secure software systems to mitigate potential security incidents, focusing on preventive measures rather than incident response.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments for major projects, identifying potential security risks and devising strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to implement solutions that enhance system security and performance.
  • Security Best Practice Development: Develop and maintain documentation on security best practices, sharing knowledge, and training team members to elevate the overall Security Engineering practice.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the Security Engineering team.


What you'll bring:

  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on security engineering and risk mitigation.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of secure system design, networking, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Security Tools Proficiency: Experience with security assessment and management tools.
  • Innovative Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying improvements and implementing best practices in security engineering.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
