About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 6+ years of experience in designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital products. You will own the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to high-fidelity interfaces and design systems—while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to improve product usability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions.
- Design responsive interfaces for Web, Mobile, Tablet, and Dashboard applications.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS, B2B, or complex product design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of Human-Cantered Design, Design Thinking, and UX methodologies.
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
- Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, colour, layout, and spacing.
- Ability to work in Agile product development environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products or manufacturing technology platforms.
- Understanding of production planning, supply chain, ERP, or industrial software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Experience working with data visualization and dashboard design.
