Treasury & Cash Accounting team is responsible for ensuring complete and accurate accounting and reporting for all Treasury products viz. Derivatives under balance sheet, cash flow and net investment hedge programs, Senior notes, Investments, IC loans, banking transactions etc. and their audit thereon as per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Team also provides different analytics and support FX & Cash Management teams with the performance insights across all hedging programs, as well as additional details related to investment and debt management.
Job Description:
This position involves managing Treasury & Cash accounting Operations and a team of professionals to ensure correctness, timely delivery and compliance related to accounting, reporting, audits & analytics. The role requires close coordination with US, Singapore treasury operations teams and other finance functions on various accounting and FX matters. Few of skills are mentioned below :

Possess strong accounting, analytical and project management skills. Understanding of revaluation/currency translation adjustment and their impact on financials will be an added advantage

Exercise judgment, manage month end close activities for Treasury function and ensure timelines and accuracy.

Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the operations.

Generate new actionable insights by meaningful dashboards and present them to stakeholders.

Effectively manage the team & identify and implement opportunities to further drive agility, efficiency and effectiveness of the process/deliverables.

Lead projects, audits and solve complex issues and guide the team on the same
Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree in finance or CA/CPA equivalent, 8+ years of total experience in Finance function

Adept at building partnerships, driving collaboration, and engaging effectively with senior-level stakeholders

Prior experience in people management and treasury operations is preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Maintain a high standard of ethics discipline and professionalism

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
