Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver new hire and incumbent training to enable clinical resources to get CPC certified
- Drive innovative training methods to improve retention and cost efficiency
- Conduct refresher trainings based on performance gaps
- Track training effectiveness (pre/post-performance, assessments)
- Partner with leadership for coaching and capability building
- Provide structured feedback to learners, leadership, and design teams
- Achieve Train-the-Trainer certification
- Maintain and update training content and materials
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Proven solid communication & stakeholder management
- Proven effective facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to create impactful training content (PPT, learning aids)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate with a medical background (BHMS, BUMS, BPT, MPT, BDS, BAMS, Nursing)
- 2+ years of production experience in FWAE (M&R/C&S or E&I-specific)
- Understands FWAE Clinical Investigation /SIU domain
- System expertise:
- M&R/C&S: CPA, FACETS, IVR claims review
- E&I: UNET, CIRRUS, PWP (mandatory)
