As an Associate in the Operations change management team under Trade & Working Capital department, you will have the opportunity to define business requirements and partner with stakeholders to deliver them successfully. You will be involved in identifying new system enhancement opportunities, documenting business use cases, and promoting project progress. This role requires strong analytical ability, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. You will also be responsible for preparing training materials and providing user support. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with cross-functional global teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify new opportunities for system enhancement to improve the transaction lifecycle. Document business use cases according to requirements to assess the benefits, scope, and potential risks for presentation to the Global Program for budget and other necessary approvals.
- Walk through requirements with technology and other stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment. Participate in solution design and ensure alignment with the requirements.
- Conduct weekly and regular meetings with stakeholders to drive progress. Prepare a detailed project plan (using MPP tool or Excel) covering all aspects and dependencies of the project, such as schedule, tasks, and risks.
- Track all project milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Drive pre- and post-implementation tasks and report progress to senior management. Proactively identify defects and track their resolution.
- Prepare training materials and provide training to staff to achieve operational readiness.
- Provide user support and ensure complete post-analysis documentation. Establish strong governance and framework for tech delivery projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- At least 5 years Core Trade finance experience
- At least 3 years of relevant business analyst experience
- Change Management or Project Management Experience
- Experience of working with various stakeholders
- Business Analysis skills, ability to understand complex workflows and offer solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize demands/tasks based on priority level
- Strong analytical ability with experience in analyzing and synthesizing large data sets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and capable of developing strong story boards to support senior management update
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, supporting documentation and control related requirements. Strong level of proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)
- Knowledge of Global Trade Finance business (i.e. lifecycle of Import and Export across the border and Banking involvement in the process)
