The Territory Sales Manager will achieve sales targets, manage dealer relationships, execute sales plans, monitor performance, and prepare reports.
Sales & Market Mapping
- You will be Responsible for achieving business objectives in the designated sales territory while following the sales processes.
- You will be responsible for Achieving the Monthly Volume/POS Targets.
- You will be responsible for Achieving 16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly
- You will be responsible for Appointing New Dealers, New BRO’s and Increasing the Market Share
- You will be responsible for Planning, executing and reporting on the sales activities in the assigned sales area
- You will be responsible for Monitoring sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented.
- You will be responsible for Adhering to Beat Plan & PJP
- You will be responsible for Feedback on Competitor activities/Pricing
- You will be responsible for Achieving against AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion, etc.) •
- You will be responsible for Sharing of Accounts (SOA), SOM (Share of Market)
Relationship Management
- You will be responsible for Maintaining relationship with key Dealers (BRO/MBR)
- You will be responsible for Supporting & coordinating with Dealers and Collect the Orders/Payments in the absence.
- You will be responsible for Cooperating with the other departments in the implementation of approved service solution
Reporting
- You will be responsible for Preparing & Submitting Timely Reports-Reporting
- You will be responsible for Delivering periodical progress reports and proactively submits recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the marketplace
