Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Jagdalpur (for example Hindi or regional languages). - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales or territory roles. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisation and time management skills. - Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work. - Fluency in local languages relevant to Jagdalpur and strong local market knowledge. - High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
