Riveron is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to lead our growing analytics team in India. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data analytics and leadership experience, who can drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights using advanced tools and technologies. Who You Are:A data analytics professional with 8–10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Proficient in SQL for complex query writing, data extraction, and performance optimization.
Skilled in Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, and statistical modeling.
Experienced in data modeling (relational, dimensional, and analytical models).
Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and services like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledgeable in ETL processes, data governance, and best practices for data quality and security.
Strong understanding of version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Design and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.
Drive performance optimization for analytics workflows and reporting systems.
Champion best practices in data governance, security, and documentation.
Stay updated with emerging trends in analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for analytics deployments.
Experience in Agile environments, including sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
