We are immediately hiring for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to join our US Recruitment team in New Delhi, India office to support our relationship with our top technology clients in North America
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058
Work from home available due to current COVID-situation
Remote/Workfrom Home available for Female Candidates
Working Hours: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
*Saturday and Sunday Off
*Meals & Cab Drop available for onsite employees
Primary Duties
- Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and closing IT / Non-IT professionals
- Recruiting for Temporary/Contractual, Permanent, Temp to Hire Positions using job portals like Linkedin, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Corp-Corp, and Internal database.
- Sorting through hundreds of resumes/applications to find the ideal match
- Negotiating pay rates between vendors and candidates
- Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google Groups, etc.
- Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
- Research and implement new ideas for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Required Skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be flexible to work in Night Shifts.
- Minimum 1 Yr. of experience in US Staffing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology personnel.
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems
