Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience of 8+ years of progressive experience in application development, solution architecture, and technical consultancy, with significant hands-on expertise in Power Platform and full stack development
- Demonstrable experience in leading, designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio
- Working experience in Azure AI Foundry will be added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of AI, LLM models, and Gen AI tools, with a proven track record of integrating these technologies into business solutions.
- Strong experience with modern development tools (e.g., Visual Studio 2019+), cloud platforms (O365, Azure), and DevOps toolchains (ADO, GitHub)
- Extensive experience in database design, optimisation, and integration, particularly with SQL Server and cloud databases
- Understanding of and hands-on experience in any Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools
- Expert understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices, with the ability to apply these hands-on.
- A good understanding of the Applications Lifecycle Management (ALM), with full lifecycle experience, from design through development, testing and deployment of the solutions.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels while remaining hands-on in technical delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in driving Agile/SAFe adoption and delivering projects in a scaled Agile environment.
- Flexible to work across multiple time zones, including India and UK business hours, as required
Education and Experience
- Requires Bachelors in Engineering or computer science (MSc or MTech is preferred), and strong relevant professional experience
