Role accountabilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Assist in collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications under supervision.
2. System Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first-level support for applications and systems.
- Identify, analyze, and document issues, escalating when required.
3. Data & Process Analysis
- Support in analyzing workflows, system logs, and performance reports.
- Assist in preparing insights to improve processes and system efficiency.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
- Generate regular status reports on system performance and issue resolution.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or scripting languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Team player with a keen interest in technology and business processes.
