Position Summary:
Candidate should be experienced in application onboarding. He/she should be able to single-handedly support the end-to-end application onboarding process for assigned applications which starts from requirement gathering, perform manual testing to application development using various connectors. Should have an experience of 5+ years in mentioned filed. SailPoint certification will be an added advantage. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business).
Job Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering: After the application is initiated, review ACOP and send reminders to app team for completing requirements. Once all the requirements are submitted by application team in ACOP, review submitted requirements for completeness. Continue to follow up with app team on incomplete requirements
  • Connectivity: Submit appropriate requests for Firewall, account creation and access grant in ServiceNow, IDM or other systems such as DXC, Test connectivity via ACOP portal
  • Work with OOB connectors like AD, Web Services, JDBC, etc
  • Develop connectors for application integration and onboarding, especially Web-Services based integrations.
  • Analyze and maintain existing onboarded applications
  • Design JML process and other life cycle events and related business processes.
  • Design and implement RBAC
  • Implement SOD and other policies.
  • Implement custom requirements using Workflows, Quicklinks, etc.
  • Identify and fix bugs in the workflows, rules, connectors, integrations, etc.
  • Post Production Validation: Send validation emails to app team and secure post production sign-off after accurate data cleanup
  • Development background (i.e. JAVA)
  • Champion problem management best practices and drive root cause resolution
  • Customer interaction knowledge transfer

  • Education:

    • College degree preferably in IT


    Experience:

    • External candidate : Preferably 5+ year experience in an AM profile ideally aligned to Application onboarding
    • Internal candidate : Preferably aligned to Application development process with meeting GOSC IJP criteria
    • Hands-on experience on Application Onboarding process in SailPoint IIQ
    • SailPoint IdentityIQ Development skills
    • CI/CD code deployment activities
    • Knowledge about API authentication
    • Experience with Java and BeanShell programming.
    • Sound knowledge of Access Management - preferably on tool like SailPoint
