Job Description
The Enterprise Accounting Team Lead I performs complex activities related to special accounting projects. This role prepares financial reports/models and analyzes financial/accounting data, while supervising the activities of an assigned staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviews and evaluates advanced issues and analyzes Accounting/Financial/technical information
• Uses advanced accounting principles and understand the concepts, rules and terminology to the science of accounting
• Manages day to day" workflow"
• Applies strong understanding of industry practices and integrates subject matter knowledge
• Leads process and/or service improvement program
• Questions and considers the implications of financial decisions and accounting recommendations
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job has supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
