We are seeking Team Lead - Software Engineering with proven working experience in .NET development. Hands on experience in designing interactive applications, should have ability to document requirements and specifications. Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes. The resource should have ability to execute full lifecycle software development, to integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Document and maintain software functionality. Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics. Comply with project plans and industry standards.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Delivered products and solutions through full SDLC process per business requirements.
Understands and supports the existing application.
Co-ordinates with Business/stakeholders to drive product delivery.
Manages a team of 5+ developers.
Strong communication skills.
Follows good programming practices
What You May Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years hands-on experience in .NET and C# programming.
3+ years of cloud experience on AWS or equivalent.
3+ years of experience designing, building and supporting applications backed by RDBMS (MS-SQL, MySQL, etc.).
Knowledge of NoSQL databases, like AWS DynamoDB, is a plus
Experience with single page application frameworks (React/Angular/etc.) is a plus.
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and stay on top of emerging trends in the MS and AWS tech spaces. Someone who is self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
