Your responsibilities:
- Help in global IT contract management
- Prepare data driven insights about supplier performance
- Support the team with negotiations preparation
- Assist in designing sourcing strategy for BPO and software
- Participate in reporting and KPI tracking activities
- Collaborate with Mondelez Digital Services (MDS), Finance and Legal departments
- Assist with process improvement initiatives leveraging AI tools
- Use data and analytical tools to identify opportunities and support decision-making
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Information Technology, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical and logical reasoning abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Strong level of English
- Basic knowledge of Procurement, IT, LLMs and Artificial Intelligence
- Awareness of source-to-pay, order-to-cash and record to report processes would be a plus but not mandatory
