Role description

In this position, you will be responsible for the following, plus more:

  • Identify, attract, and build long term relationships with candidates globally
  • Partner with recruiters and business leadership to understand profiles and fill positions in a timely basis
  • Posting job adverts on various channels and managing candidate pipeline
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates, and record detailed summaries of your conversations
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Support the promotion of FNZ Group’s employer value proposition and brand in the local and European market. Represent FNZ Group at industry job fairs and networking events.
  • Participate and support on regional recruitment initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience with sourcing methods including advanced Boolean search, user groups, social media, networking and sourcing via web channel
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • A keen interest in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Strong communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • High energy individual with the desire and drive to make impact in the team
  • Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of technical terminology and technical fundamentals, languages, tools, frameworks, operating systems, databases, web engineering, distributed systems, scalability, architecture, networks, and systems
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
  • A dynamic, highly motivated and entrepreneurial perspective
