Job Description: Talent Acquisition Operations Partner (APAC / Bangalore)
Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and operationally-minded Talent Operations Partner to join our global talent acquisition team. This role is critical to driving operational excellence across our global talent acquisition organization, with a specialized focus on ensuring seamless process integration and minimal disruption during Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will bring high-level recruiting knowledge, strong project management stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing systems and processes at scale.
This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting operations, capable of synthesizing complex information, connecting dots across programs, and representing the voice of recruiting in high-impact cross-functional initiatives, including all phases of M&A integration. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and continuous improvement of the recruiting technology stack and processes globally, acting as the voice of recruiting in cross-functional forums.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Strategic & Technical Ownership:
Own and continuously improve the recruiting tech stack, and provide SME level guidance on recruiting operational tooling and process.
Drive the continuous optimization of the global end-to-end recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplifications.
Design, plan, and execute the integration of acquired company talent processes (systems, policies, and workflows) into Iron Mountain's global TA operating model, ensuring compliance and speed.
Support project planning and program management of global scale technology implementations.
Anticipate and mitigate risk while applying disruptive thinking to enhance operations.
Collaboration & Influence:
Act as a trusted partner to recruiting and work with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to achieve outcomes.
Be the voice of recruiting in internal and external discussions and influence decision-making related to operational policies and systems, especially during due diligence and integration planning for M&A activities.
Drive accountability by familiarizing self with key performance metrics and reporting.
Enablement & Governance:
Look at projects from an enablement and change management lens.
Own the enablement and communication plan, governing process documentation, training content, and self-service resources.
Partner with recruiting and internal stakeholders on enablement and champion change to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
Keep a pulse on our competition and external trends to inspire our operational strategy and tech roadmap.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in recruiting operations or HR operations or related field.
Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to the integration of Talent Acquisition systems and processes during Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures.
Strong knowledge of deploying, prioritizing, and creating roadmaps for large enterprise-wide systems.
Must have extensive hands-on experience with Workday combined with proficiency in leveraging and integrating a diverse and current recruiting tech stack (ATS, CRM, etc.).
Proven experience in optimizing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Must actively track and champion the adoption of best-in-class, emerging TA technologies.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, global change management, M&A project management, and utilizing a methodology like Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking.
Understanding of the end-to-end recruiting process.
Experience working in a global and matrixed organization.
Experience using Google Workspace.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
