DESCRIPTION:
Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to serving science. As a Senior Talent Specialist, you'll help attract and develop talent across our enterprise. You'll implement strategic recruiting plans, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. Beyond traditional recruitment, you'll serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, from innovative sourcing strategies to employer branding initiatives. Partner with leaders across our organization to understand business needs, develop solutions, and drive positive outcomes through data-driven insights. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Masters Degree plus 12 years of experience, in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a large matrix organization
• Proven experience and expertise in Program Managing RPO - preferably in IT / COE set ups
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Strong experience crafting sourcing strategies for specialized talent across IT and Corporate functions. Demonstrated success with direct sourcing methodology and internet sourcing techniques
• Experience in managing niche and leadership roles independently.
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms
• Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques
• Strong analytical and consultative skills to serve as a talent advisor
• Experience managing relationships with third-party search firms and vendors
• Excellence in project management and prioritization in a professional environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with data analytics and metrics-driven recruiting insights
• Demonstrated success in building diverse talent pipelines
• Ability to work effectively in both remote and onsite environments
• Creative approach to improving recruitment processes and meeting hiring objectives
