System QA & Automation Specialist

We are looking for System QA & Automation Specialists with 8+ years of experience in end-to-end system validation and test automation for cloud-native, microservices-based solutions. You will drive the strategy, design, execution, and automation of functional and non-functional system testing for the Core Management System, ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality products. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in system integration, end-to-end validation, and automation with the ability to lead quality initiatives, mentor engineers, and champion a quality-first culture. Experience with CI/CD, observability, distributed systems, and modern AI-powered or agentic automation frameworks is highly desirable.

• Drive the design, development, and enhancement of automated quality engineering solutions for Core Management System functional areas, ensuring delivery of scalable, resilient, and high-quality cloud-native software.
• Own end-to-end quality validation, including test strategy, automation, execution, defect management, and release readiness. Lead functional and non-functional automation initiatives to ensure product reliability, performance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Drive adoption of automation-first testing practices, CI/CD integration, and modern quality engineering methodologies to improve release quality and engineering efficiency.
• Leverage AI-powered testing and automation tools to accelerate test development, improve defect detection, and enhance testing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to mitigate quality risks, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and mentorship in test automation, framework evolution, and quality engineering best practices.
• In the extended role as a Scrum Master of a SAFe agile team, you'll help the team to plan and execute in delivering the team's objectives as per the committments.

You Have:

• Engineering degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong experience in system testing, end-to-end validation, and test automation for large-scale cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and developing scalable test automation frameworks using modern automation tools and programming/scripting languages. Strong knowledge of functional, integration, system, regression, performance, scalability, and reliability testing methodologies.
• Experience validating distributed systems, observability platforms, data pipelines, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and containerized applications running on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Proven experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, with a strong understanding of quality engineering, test strategy, release readiness, and automation-first practices.
• Strong defect analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills, with the ability to drive resolution of complex quality and system-level issues. Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, or agentic frameworks to improve test coverage, productivity, and defect detection.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience driving quality initiatives and collaborating effectively across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Network Management Systems (NMS)/Element Management Systems (EMS) for the Core Network domain. 

• Experience in the Core Network Signaling domain (4G/5G mobile core networks). 

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
