Your New Role

• Lead the delivery, governance, transformation and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient management of identities, access and entitlements across the enterprise. Accountable for IAM operations, access governance, risk management, audit remediation, application onboarding, automation and stakeholder engagement – acting as both a people leader and hands-on SME to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk reduction and strategic transformation outcomes.
• Ensure service commitments, operational KPIs and control obligations are met; act as escalation point for complex issues
• Drive compliance with IAM standards, policies, audit requirements and regulatory obligations
• Govern user access reviews, entitlement/role ownership, attestation and privileged access controls
• Lead remediation of audit findings, orphan accounts, stale access and unmanaged groups
• Govern application onboarding, lifecycle management and decommissioning within identity governance platforms
• Identify and deliver automation and process improvement opportunities; develop reporting, dashboards and analytics
• Provide SME oversight across identity governance, provisioning, reconciliation, privileged access management and directory services
• Partner with Engineering, Security Architecture, Risk, Audit and Application teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions

What Will You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance or related Cyber Security roles, including experience leading teams and managing operational service delivery.
• Proven leadership of end-to-end IAM services – Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Fulfilment, Reconciliation, Certification and Access Governance
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, access provisioning, reconciliation, privileged access management and directory services
• Deep understanding of IAM standards, regulatory obligations, audit requirements and control frameworks
• Proven ability to lead remediation of audit findings, orphan accounts, stale access and unmanaged groups
• Experience governing application onboarding, lifecycle management and decommissioning within identity governance platforms
• Exposure to scripting/automation (e.g. Python, PowerShell) and workflow orchestration
• Understanding of cloud identity concepts (AWS/Azure IAM)
• Strong risk-based decision making and governance advisory capability
• Proven people leadership – ability to lead, mentor and develop teams across multiple locations
• Strategic thinker, able to translate governance and risk requirements into operational outcomes
• Hands-on experience with IGA/IAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Micro Focus/NetIQ or similar)
• Working knowledge of directory services (Active Directory/LDAP) and privileged access management tools
