Support SAP partners globally in configuring and managing demo/test environments (Ariba, BTP, Fieldglass, etc.). Assist with adoption, integration, troubleshooting, and innovation of SAP solutions to enable partner success.
Key Responsibilities:Provision, configure, and support partner demo/test tenants (e.g., Ariba, BTP)
Guide partners through solution adoption, integration, and innovation
Collaborate with SAP internal teams and ecosystem partners
Resolve tenant issues, investigate root causes, and document best practices
Standardize configurations and optimize lead times
Enable demo setup based on partner business cases
Publish knowledge articles to reduce repetitive issues
SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration)
SAP Cloud Integration, BTP, and Cloud Lifecycle Management
Integration with S/4HANA and 3rd-party systems
SAP Ariba upstream/downstream integration with S/4HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway
Good knowledge of MM/ABAP/Basis, SLP, product sourcing
Exposure to SAP SRM, SAP MM, BTP, Integration Suite, APIs
Advantageous: Experience with Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP
Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer/partner-facing roles and production support
