Responsibilities- Define and align supplier quality strategy with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and follow up on supplier audits in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive Supplier Performance Evaluation and achieve targets through Supplier Performance Index (SPI).
- Lead continuous quality improvement projects with suppliers and internal teams.
- Manage major quality issues from suppliers, including relevant claims and corrective actions.
- Support the development of the regional supplier base, particularly in tier-2 localization.
- Review and evaluate processes for compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Facilitate communication and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and new quality initiatives.
- Must-Have:
- Graduate or Master degree with 10+ years of experience in quality management industry
- Proven expertise in quality assurance processes and compliance standards
- Experience in supplier sourcing and development
- Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics
- Project management experience for quality improvement initiatives
- Interpersonal skills for effective engagement with suppliers at all levels
- Ability to analyze and implement effective process improvements
- Experience in managing quality issues and overseeing audits
- Nice-To-Have:
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
