Responsibilities
  • Define and align supplier quality strategy with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on supplier audits in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive Supplier Performance Evaluation and achieve targets through Supplier Performance Index (SPI).
  • Lead continuous quality improvement projects with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage major quality issues from suppliers, including relevant claims and corrective actions.
  • Support the development of the regional supplier base, particularly in tier-2 localization.
  • Review and evaluate processes for compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and new quality initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Must-Have:
  • Graduate or Master degree with 10+ years of experience in quality management industry
  • Proven expertise in quality assurance processes and compliance standards
  • Experience in supplier sourcing and development
  • Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics
  • Project management experience for quality improvement initiatives
  • Interpersonal skills for effective engagement with suppliers at all levels
  • Ability to analyze and implement effective process improvements
  • Experience in managing quality issues and overseeing audits
  • Nice-To-Have:
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)


  • Cross-cultural communication skills to engage diverse teams
