Assists global Quality & ME SVP, Senior Quality Director
LOCATION: Thailand/ Vietnam

Accountabilities:
Essential Functions• Supports SVP quality/ME and senior quality director to develop global supplier quality strategy, objectives and action plans and ensure quality KPIs' are delivered.• Manages and supervisers a team of supplier quality team to facilitate a positive working environment.• Establish, maintain or optimize supplier qualification/disqualification procesure.• Manages and maintain approved vendor list and optimize the supplier pools to enhance company competitives• Leads supplier quality team to implement regularly supplier performance review, manage supplier scorecard and provide the recommendations for souring council.• Leads supplier quality team to execute new factory QMS audit, conduct risk assessment and supplier development to meet company quality objectives.• Leads and coordinates with suppliers to ensure Shark quality requirements are well understood and to manage significant issues in product life cycles which may affect quality• Development of a quality culture to suppliers which is based upon continual improvement in everything that we do.
Additional Responsibilities• Facilitates, coordinates and leading the suppliers to improve product quality.• Collaborate with suppliers and Shark internal departments to achieve 99% FPY and max output at day one of mass production• Closely works Boston, China QA/testing team to implement the Product safety, Customer Returns and Customer Experiences initiatives in suppliers' facility.
Attributes and Skills• Supplier qualification, assessment and development.• Quality system thinking• Problem- solving• Sampling inspection• Be familiar with the utilization of 7 quality tools, SPC, MSA, pFMEA, APQP and PPAP, etc.• Data analysis and disposal• Negotiation skills• Quality reports
Hiring Requirements:
Experience:• Bachelor Degree or above in quality management, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, etc.• 8+ years experience in quality management related• Familiar with quality system ISO90001, TS16949, independent promotion of the establishment and certification, Lead auditor certificated is preferred.
Functional Skills/Knowledge• Fluent in oral and written English. The communication capability of Chinese will be perfect.• Quality system & supplier quality management background• Assesses, coaches, and monitors the developments of team members and supplier.• Ability to work independently• Be honest, loyal to the work,• Strong code of ethics• Can be traveling when necessary
