Position Purpose: Supervise the day to day activities and Business Analyst staff to facilitate the development and implementation of advanced systems that will create operational efficiencies and open new areas of business opportunity.
- Oversee the execution of technology based strategic initiatives and the fulfillment of client reporting requirements
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop software solution strategies and assure technology execution is in alignment with those strategies
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data models, data relationships and data utilization and consumption
- Design and develop efficient operational systems throughout the department.
- Define and communicate timelines and expectations to staff
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and practices to assure alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices
- Define, convey, and monitor team member deliverables to leverage individual strengths and build team capabilities that will enable sustained success
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience. 4+ years of related operations and/or IT experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong understanding of relational database concepts. Experience with report and/or query development. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects. Previous experience as a Supervisor/Manager is a plus. Strong Excel skills preferred. Quality experience is plus.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
