ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Strategy Coordinator to support our growing Advisory line of business. This role will support the management of our Advisory team by driving overall strategy, ensuring clear and effective communication both internally and externally, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate be a critical thinker, analytical, energetic, and possess strong attention to detail. Specifically, this role will require you to be technical savvy in Microsoft Suite products and create PowerPoint presentations, understand and uses data, and a power user to JIRA and confluence.
Duties/Responsibilities

Partner closely with the management and create detailed and in-depth documentation such as presentations, plans, proposals, and reports.

Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.

Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial and personnel information.

Manage product meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Track and follow-up on key deliverable for matrix teams.

Update and create JIRA tickets, and confluence for the teams, to ensure alignment.

Generate reports utilizing business intelligence tools and present findings

And any daily or ad-hoc tasks such as expense reports completion, submitting tickets, submitting changes in HRIS platform.
Education and/or Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related field (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred (e.g MBA)

2+ years of experience in a consulting, market research, or Chief of Staff role

Experience in business strategy development preferred

FINRA SIE License preferred

Power BI skills and the ability to generate reports in multiple databases
