PATH is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven professional with a passion for public health and development to join the Strategy and Business Development team. This role will operate in a dynamic and evolving environment, contributing to PATH India’s growing portfolio of impactful work. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with business development acumen, supporting initiatives that advance health equity across PATH’s program verticals, including Family Health, Technology Innovation & Systems, Infectious Diseases, Vaccines & Innovation Access.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Strategy team and vertical program teams to support organizational strategic initiatives and growth planning.
Support the development and management of PATH’s public health portfolio through concept notes, proposals, donor pitches, presentations, and program strategy documents.
Track and monitor active funding opportunities from Indian and global donors, ensuring relevant updates are shared with program teams.
Conduct primary and secondary research, landscaping assessments, and contribute to the conceptualization, design, and oversight of program interventions.
Analyze program data to generate insights and recommendations for strategy and program improvement.
Contribute to the internship program by supporting intern outreach, recruitment, and coordination with team members.
Assist in coordinating project management processes internally and with external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal teams, donors, and partners.
Support preparation for meetings and engagements, including background research on participants and organizations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with project partners, stakeholders, and donors.
Participate in field visits, training roll-outs, and other program-related activities as needed.
Undertake other tasks as required to support the Strategy and Business Development team.
Required Skills & Experience
0 to 2 years of experience in consulting, program management, business development, coordination, or field implementation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint for high-quality presentations and Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or design tools like Canva is a plus.
Critical thinking with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines across disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with government institutions, corporates, healthcare providers, or NGOs is desirable.
Field-oriented with a collaborative approach to program delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
