Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Data Analyst to join our GTM Strategy and Pricing team.
This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable data models in Snowflake that power market intelligence and pricing strategy. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of market and account-level datasets, including sourcing, ingestion, transformation, governance, and delivery into dashboards and field-facing systems.
This position is distinct from other data roles in that it focuses specifically on strategic datasets regarding market data, pricing enablement, and scalable data infrastructure which help power c-level decision making
You will report to the Strategy and Pricing Manager and partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into scalable data products: Partner with GTM Strategy stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into structured data frameworks, and deliver production-ready datasets with full end-to-end ownership from scoping through implementation.
Build and operationalize competitive pricing intelligence: Consolidate and normalize competitive pricing data, develop analytical models to evaluate pricing positioning and trends, and establish repeatable processes to continuously update and maintain these models end to end.
Own scalable Snowflake data models for market analytics: Consolidate and transform CRM, financial, and external data into governed datasets that support market sizing, segmentation, and strategic analysis.
Expand account-level market intelligence coverage: Identify, evaluate, and operationalize high-value external datasets such as budget documents, procurement calendars, grants data, demographic sources, and leadership changes.
Scale ingestion of complex external data sources: Develop repeatable normalization workflows and implement automation techniques that convert raw and unstructured inputs into production-ready schemas.
Deliver actionable insights to leadership and field teams: Build and maintain Looker dashboards and structured outputs that clearly surface pricing and market intelligence insights.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role, with a strong emphasis on deriving strategic insights.
Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large, complex datasets.
Demonstrable experience with modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Looker (Preferred), Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to translate raw data into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Ownership mentality, you enjoy digging in with stakeholders, helping them solve problems and owning the outcomes and products that are created. You don’t shy away from documentation and troubleshooting issues
Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or data manipulation.
Understanding of AI fundamentals, including how LLM-based tools can be used to streamline processes and support data collection and analysis.
Prior experience in the SaaS and/or GovTech industries.
Experience with Salesforce data structures and reporting, or other CRM systems.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Amazon Redshift).
Proven track record of collaborating with product, data engineering and GTM teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
