Regional Sales Manager (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

The incumbent will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading the sales team and responsible for the business covering Delhi, Haryana & UP
  • Generate Advance Wound Care business from Corporate and Government accounts
  • Implement sales and marketing strategy
  • Responsible for managing channel sales and service to accounts
  • Forecasting business and plan sales activities
  • Coach & develop sales team members in the region
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, finance, distribution and service

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of sales experience in healthcare domain 
  • Experience in managing and coaching teams
  • Account Management experience
  • Understanding of the related geography and markets
  • Channel sales experience
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office
  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • MBA from an accredited institution
  • At least Five (5) years of experience in handling private and government accounts
  • Language proficiency in Hindi & English

Work location: Delhi/ Chandigarh

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic travel
