Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software QA to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VMware technologies, C++ development, and Python-based automation frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites, as well as debugging complex issues using logs and source code.
About the Role :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python.
- Analyze and debug C++ codebases and log files to identify root causes of issues.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand features and design test plans.
- Set up and manage VMware environments for automated and manual testing.
- Build CI/CD pipelines to integrate test automation into the development lifecycle.
- Develop performance and stress tests for system validation.
- Collaborate with DevOps for infrastructure support related to automation.
- Ensure product quality and provide feedback to improve software design and testability.
About You :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in software development or test automation.

Basic programming skills in C++ and Python.

Solid experience in automating tests for complex software systems.

In-depth understanding of VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) platforms.

Experience in debugging using logs, crash dumps, and analyzing stack traces.

Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
