You will be responsible for building and scaling integrations with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shops, Meta Shops, Printful, and other commerce platforms, and ensuring deep, reliable 2-way synchronization of customer, product, and order data.

Your work will accelerate how ecommerce businesses use HighLevel for lifecycle automations, event-based workflows, revenue attribution, segmentation, and personalized messaging across email, SMS, and other channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Partner teams to create a world-class automation engine that powers millions of stores and billions of marketing events.

This is a high-impact, hands-on IC role for someone who understands ecommerce systems deeply, thrives in technical product challenges, and can translate complex event pipelines into simple, scalable, high-value product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of HighLevel’s ecommerce and marketing automation platform.
- Lead the integration architecture and roadmap for Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shops, Meta Shops, Printful, and other commerce platforms.
- Drive deep, accurate 2-way sync for customers, orders, carts, products, inventory, and fulfillment events across all supported platforms.
- Build and scale event-based marketing automation flows such as abandoned carts, post-purchase sequences, replenishment flows, win-backs, and upsell/cross-sell automations.
- Define and refine ecommerce data models, segmentation logic, and automation triggers to ensure reliability and correctness across large-scale data.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build low-latency, high-throughput data pipelines capable of handling real-time commerce events at scale.
- Partner with Messaging, AI, and Marketing teams to power personalized campaigns, predictive targeting, and dynamic segmentation for ecommerce users.
- Develop robust revenue attribution frameworks across channels (email, SMS, push, on-site events) tied to marketing performance.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and rollout of ecommerce features to agencies and merchants.
- Define and monitor KPIs for sync reliability, automation adoption, event accuracy, revenue lift, and performance consistency.
- Act as the domain expert for ecommerce automation, platform integrations, and lifecycle marketing across the organization.
- Ensure stability, scalability, and data correctness across millions of stores and billions of events.
- Identify and deliver new capabilities that expand ecommerce automation, segmentation, personalization, or reporting.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, partners, and executive stakeholders while remaining a hands-on product owner.

Requirements
- 9+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of marketing automation, ecommerce, or data-driven SaaS systems.
- Strong experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shops, Meta Shops, Magento, BigCommerce, or related ecosystems.
- Proven track record designing and scaling event-based automation systems that handle large volumes of real-time data.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce data models (orders, carts, products, inventory, customer profiles, UTM/attribution).
- High technical fluency with APIs, ETL pipelines, webhooks, event streaming, and identity/record matching.
- Experience building segmentation, personalization, and automation capabilities in marketing or CRM tools.
- Ability to dive deep into data validation, event mapping, and sync accuracy to diagnose issues at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, BI tools, or event debugging to validate hypotheses.
- Proven ability to work across engineering, marketing, data, and partner teams in high-scale SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Comfortable operating as an execution-focused, hands-on product leader in a global, remote team.

Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketing automation systems (email, SMS, push) and deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with checkout extensibility, product catalog management, subscription systems, or inventory workflows.
- Exposure to real-time event streaming (Kafka, webhook queues, Segment, or similar).
