You will:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your team will:
- Work on complex and challenging problems that drive the core of our business.
- Develop innovative solutions that enhance our data collaboration platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to the overall improvement of engineering practices.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Staff Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
