Job DescriptionRequirements
- Experience : 6+ Years
- Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, data structures, async programming).
- Experience with Generative AI / Deep Learning:
- Transformers (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.)
- Diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, etc.) — optional for some roles
- Tokenizers and embeddings
- Frameworks/Libraries:
- PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Hugging Face Transformers, Diffusers
- NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
- Model training & fine-tuning on large datasets.
- Building inference APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
- Knowledge of GPU training and acceleration (CUDA, cuDNN).
- Version control (Git), Collaboration workflows (PRs, Code reviews).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models (e.g., GPT-style, BERT, T5, Stable Diffusion).
- Implement and maintain data pipelines for training and fine-tuning models.
- Write high-quality, scalable Python code leveraging frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and Hugging Face.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deploy AI features into production.
- Build REST APIs and services for model inference (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Monitor and maintain deployed models (logging, versioning, performance tracking).
- Research and experiment with new AI techniques and tools to improve model performance.
- Document model design, APIs, and deployment procedures
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
