Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
· Basis your experience and expertise on EUC Technologies, you will be expected to develop a deep knowledge on Omnissa Plarform Solution as well as broad know-how around how modern Management for various device platform are delivered with Omnissa Products and solutions.
· You will be expected to build architecture framework for Modern Management using Workspace One.
· Enable yourself to be hands-on for Proof of Concepts and demonstrate technologies.
· Build understanding of various device platforms and how do we manage their lifecycle starting from Onboarding to retiring in corporate landscape.
· Document identified repeatable pattern and best practices, picking up new technologies.
· You will be responsible to maintain and expand Annual Recurring Revenue from your assigned business territories and customers.
· You need to certify yourself with Omnissa Technology certification which are 100% funded.

As part of the Solution Architects team
· Talking to customer representatives at the management and operations level with a confidence
· Presenting and demonstrating transformative Omnissa technologies that can make their strategic vision a reality
· We are designing the right technology solutions to meet customers' most significant business challenges, taking advantage of a rich portfolio of Omnissa products and services.
· Focusing on problem-solving and successful customer outcomes
· Designing the process of migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to modern Anywhere workspace enabling them for #FutureOfWork
Our requirements from you as a part of the Solution Architects team:
· Experience architecting/operating solutions built on Omnissa Platform products & Solutions
· Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills, coupled with your listening and questions-based selling skills, help you see the “big picture” and develop innovative solutions to achieve customers’ goals.
· Readiness for learning/developing
· B.Sc/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
· Experience/understanding in one or more of the device platform technologies like Microsoft, Apple, Google and Android
· Experience/understanding in Anywhere Workspace Technology framework

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?This position reports in Director for Omnissa Technology Services. The team consists of highly competent solution architects. The team strives to build the deep understanding of our customer's business vision, technology, culture and process and are passionate about delivering a great customer experience by proposing right EUC solutions, driving innovation, and delivering successful techno-commercial proposals. Team is responsible to articulate value proposition and benefits of Omnissa Platform product and services and influence
customers to adopt the right solution at the right time.
The team culture is one based on building trust, on-going development through coaching, and giving back to the community through service learning. Solution Architects team is also customer's voice within Omnissa, ensuring that their solution needs are accurately communicated to company leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Where is this role located?
The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local and remote offices depending on business preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. At present, you will be located in Mumbai.
