Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for full stack platforms (front-end, back-end, cloud, and integrations).
• Drive technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems leveraging modern frameworks (.NET Core, Java, Node.js, React, etc.).
• Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for platform modernization.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Lead architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Provide guidance on AI/ML integration and automation opportunities for platform efficiency.

About You

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in architecture leadership roles.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex platforms with measurable business impact.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Full-Stack Architecture: Expertise in designing and owning end-to-end architecture for platforms covering front-end, back-end, cloud, and integrations.
      • Front End: React, Node JS and Typescript
      • Back-end: .NET Core, Java, Spring boot, Spring Webflux, Fast API, dJango
      • Cloud: Azure/AWS /GCP
    • API Design & Integration: Building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party services.
    • DevOps & CI/CD: Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native deployments in collaboration with DevOps teams.
    • Security & Compliance: Ensuring platform security, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Performance Optimization: Leading architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and performance tuning initiatives.
    • Technical Leadership: Establishing coding standards, architectural patterns, and reusable frameworks; mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strategic & Leadership Skills:
    • Technology Strategy: Driving technology roadmap and evaluating emerging technologies for platform innovation.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translating business needs into technical solutions through close collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.

  • Cross-Platform Data Engineering: Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit for analytics and reporting.
  • AI/ML Engineering: Exposure to machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and integrating AI models into platforms.
  • API Integration: Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, and advanced API management.
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with Playwright, Locust, FluentLenium for advanced automation and performance testing.
  • Programming: Exposure to Blazor, Rust, Go, or other emerging languages.
  • Cloud-Native Patterns: Understanding of serverless architectures, event-driven design, and cloud cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Familiarity with DevSecOps, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOC2).
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Ability to upskill teams, run architecture workshops, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in presenting technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
