The Sr. Partner Support Associate manages outsourced services, focusing on procurement processes, vendor relationships, subcontractor performance analysis, and invoice approvals, ensuring quality service delivery.
Sr. Partner Support Associate
The Sr. Partner Support Associate is responsible for working with quoting teams, contract administrators, partners, and sparing teams to manage the outsourced business line. The position will be administratively focused in the quoting, vetting, and procurement of outsourced service for the company. The individual will be responsible for vetting modifications, adds, terminations that effect the service procurement with our valued partners. The role will also require subcontracting invoice review and approvals, as well as subcontractor performance analysis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for pulling and reviewing outsourcing Demand.
- Responsible for Purchase Order Generation/Modification.
- Responsible to follow guidelines with Nominating pre-selected outsourcing partners on service contracts to meet contractual requirements and to ensure quality service.
- Responsible for vetting subcontracting renewals/add/mods/deletes (PO Updates, credits, refunds, etc.) by assigning appropriate partners and sending, reviewing RFQ’s.
- Assist to maintain and update vendor database with vendor names, coverage locations, coverage types SLA’s etc.
- Responsible for reviewing subcontracting invoices and providing approvals or disputing.
- Responsible for reviewing subcontracting delivery tickets for root cause/correcting action.
- Responsible for analyzing cost/benefit factors for outsourcing opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, vendor management, service procurement a plus
- Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
- Must be detail oriented, critical thinking, analytical, problem solver, self-starter.
- SQL experience.
- Experience with CRM/Quote Tools/ERP (SAP).
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative qualities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-team environment and exhibits an innate ability to balance customer expectations, internal operations, and time-sensitive requirements.
- Must have great attention to detail and excel at multi-tasking.
