The Senior Executive will assist in data entry and maintenance related to Port Data Management, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational efficiency initiatives.
The Executive at Marcura plays a crucial role in supporting various operational and administrative tasks across departments aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. You will be integral to maintaining smooth workflow and communication within the organization, driving the company’s operational goals forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis & Updation of Agreements & Contracts to ensure customer satisfaction through quality and efficient service. The targeted key result is achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. This involves properly understanding and reviewing, updating and maintaining Customer Specific Contracts in the DA-Desk System.
- Create & maintain Port / Terminal Cost Calculators. Ensure the accuracy of the cost calculators and to keep them up-to-date with the latest tariffs. The primary responsibility of this job is to develop, maintain & streamline the contents of the Calculators with the latest tariff rates, fees, and charges of ports and terminals in a structured format.
- Co-ordinate with Operation Teams and other Departments and resolve daily issues/complaints to ensure data quality and accuracy. This responsibility supports the targeted key result of ensuring data quality.
- Providing on the job training / support to Subordinates to ensure that processes are executed efficiently and effectively. The targeted key result is to meet quality standards.
- Solving team queries in the absence to TL to ensure data quality and accuracy. This responsibility supports the targeted key result of ensuring data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
