About this role:Gartner is looking for well-rounded and motivated Leaders to join the Gartner Innovation Tools team. The Innovation Tools team is responsible for developing innovative growth products for end-users. The team is responsible for R&D into new areas and come up with rapid solutions that can be taken to the market.What you’ll do:
- Be a part of a new energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products.
- Build modern future-proof solutions for millions of end-users.
- Work with Open-source technologies and applications.
- Work in a fast-paced environment along with passionate, technology rock stars.
- Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts.
- Continuously problem-solve to create secure and simple solutions.
- Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance.
- Bring to life elegant and modern designs.
What you will need:
12-16 years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability.
Must have:
- Expertise in designing architecture for complex systems.
- Expertise with AWS cloud.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ Service Mesh).
- Exposure to DevOps, Terraform and GitOps (Argo, Helm) is a big plus.
- Strong experience with architectural patterns implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Who you are:
- Education qualification as graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering is required.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
- Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.
- Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies.
