Purpose
The role of Senior Analyst Engineering will provide critical thinking and a high degree of technical innovation and attention to detail while being recognized as a trusted advisor to the team and stakeholders. The characteristics include being versatile, displaying leadership qualities and enthusiasm to take on new problems across the full SDLC, ultimately assisting in moving technology forward.
Essential capabilities

- Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem-solve and trouble-shoot.
- Knowledge & experience with Build languages

- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and auditability
Experience
- DevOps professional with 7 years of experience in designing, automating, and operating scalable cloud-native platforms.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Harness/Jenkins
- GitLab, Jenkins, enabling faster and reliable deployments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, including production support.
- Proven skills in site reliability, monitoring, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
- Strong focus on security, compliance, and DevSecOps, integrating scanning and policy-as-code.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers, QA, and product teams in Agile environments. Passionate about continuous improvement, automation, and reducing operational toil.
Key Accountabilities
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into fully functional platform
- Apply proactively & perform hands-on design and implementation of best practice CI/CD
- Coaching & mentoring of other Service Team members
- Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluating customer feedback
- Comply with project plans, industry standards and regulatory requirements
